{ ❝ tea date } minah ▬ hoya

hoyanno:

He kicked over a clump of snow, looking down beneath his scarf at the toppled over lumps of white against the barely visible concrete. The air was crisp and the blood was now visible in his cheeks, and even the hot air building up against the fabric of his scarf wasn’t enough to warm him but for a few measly seconds. It had been about 10 minutes only, but to Hoya that seemed like forever. When it came to waiting he was impatient, grumpy, and always looked as if his brows were permanently knotted together. His lips curled downward into a frown, and that’s when he heard it. The soft velvet tone of the females voice that called out to him was enough to melt that grumpy frown of his, and send a smile spreading across his cold lips.

“Minah!” He called out in return, making his way over to her and quickly hooking an arm around her waist pulling her into a big hug. As he pulled away he settled both his hands on each of her shoulders, looking her in the eye with stern expression.

“Next time don’t make me wait so long yeah.” He joked, and his stern look faded into a thin smile as he made his way to her side, sliding an arm around her shoulder as he walked forth.

“You leadin’ the way?”

Minah yelped from the other’s action, she chuckled and wrapped her arms around his back. After a few seconds of warmness, Minah brushed a few locks of hair out of her face, a bashful smile curving on her lips.

“Sorry, manager oppa didn’t let us out early.” Minah took a step closer to him, leaving no gap between them. “Yeah, yeah..” Minah mumbled, clenching her fist and pressing it against her mouth, breathing on it. Minah’s teeth clattered.

“Is it cold or what?” she hummed, looking down at her boots, noticing how synchronized their steps are. “So.. How have you been lately, hmm?” Minah looked up to the other. “You haven’t been replying to my text, it’s bugging me.” she added. While the other explains, she paid close attention to every detail she can see.. His full-coloured lips, his strong jawline.. Minah smiled to herself.

He’s perfect, Minah thought. She remembered her first impression of the other: impatient and hot-headed. He barely got any time to smile, but gladly, Minah loosened him up a little. This was one of Minah’s advantages when it comes to befriending people, she opens up first, securing the other that she’ll listen to them. “Hmmhmm.” Minah reassured the other that she’s listening to every word he says. After murmuring a few “Ahhs” and “Yeps” they arrived to their destination, Coffee LEC. It must’ve took them 3-5 minutes to walk there, but it felt a little longer for Minah.

“Hoya, we’re here.” she tugged on the other’s arms, gently smiling.
